Reviews & reputation monitoring

Your reputation, tracked next to your rankings. The Reviews monitor watches your project domain's Trustpilot profile automatically — the current star rating, the review count, the latest reviews, and how both numbers move week by week. No setup, no copy-pasting profile URLs.

Fully automatic

Add your site as a project and the monitor does the rest: it finds the Trustpilot profile for your domain and syncs the rating, review count, business name and the most recent reviews on a schedule — roughly weekly. Each sync also records a trend snapshot, so over time you get a rating-and-volume history without ever exporting anything.

Catch reputation moves early

A rating that slips from 4.6 to 4.3 rarely announces itself — you find out when sales dip or someone forwards you a screenshot. With the weekly trend you see the slide as it starts, read the recent reviews that caused it in the same place, and respond while it's still a handful of unhappy customers rather than a pattern.

Reviews are an SEO signal too

Review platforms rank on the first page for your brand searches, star ratings shape click-through on brand SERPs — and increasingly, AI assistants read review sites when deciding whether to recommend you. If you're tracking your AI visibility, your review profile is part of the same battle: it's one of the sources answer engines cite when they talk about your brand.

Trustpilot today, more sources planned

The monitor covers Trustpilot now. More review sources — Google reviews among them — are planned; if one matters to your business, request it and you'll move it up the queue.

Frequently asked questions

What does the Reviews monitor track?

Your project domain's Trustpilot profile: the current star rating, the total review count, and a feed of the most recent reviews — with a weekly snapshot of rating and count so you can see the trend.

Do I need to set anything up?

No. It works from your project's domain automatically — if a Trustpilot profile exists for it, the rating, count and recent reviews appear after the first sync.

How often does it update?

Reviews sync on a schedule — roughly weekly — and each sync adds a trend snapshot, so the rating and review-count history builds automatically.

Which review platforms are supported?

Trustpilot today. More sources, such as Google reviews, are planned — tell us which you need via the integrations page or support.

Do reviews affect SEO?

Indirectly but meaningfully: review sites rank for your brand searches, ratings shape click-through from brand SERPs, and AI assistants read review platforms when deciding whether to recommend you. Reputation is part of how both people and machines judge the brand.

What if my domain has no Trustpilot profile?

The page says so plainly rather than showing empty charts — and it starts tracking as soon as a profile exists.

Is review monitoring free?

Yes — it's included with every RankNibbler project.
